Shared Kitchen & Commissary
R City Kitchen (RCK) is a shared use facility equipped with commercial stoves, mixers, sinks, refrigerators, tables, dry storage, cooler and freezer spaces as well as, other food preparation equipment. RCK shall maintain the Kitchen in a sanitary and orderly state and ensure that all equipment available to User, operates to all applicable health and safety standards.
Food Sanitation Manager Training
RCK has partnered with Sanitized On Safety to ensure that all kitchen users are in compliance with the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago certifications. Classes are free to annual plan based members of RCK.
Classes, Work Shops and Funding
Baking, Bartending and other classes along with hospitality workshops will be held on/off site throughout the year. Information and assistance with funding for small businesses will be available.
