Register Your Business And Have A Tax ID Number

Obtain General Liability & Product Liability Insurance

Maintain at all times a minimum of $1,000,000 ($2M-$3M Recommended) of both product liability insurance & general liability insurance, with R City Kitchen listed as additional insured at 841 W. 103rd Street, Chicago IL 60643. 

A certificate of insurance must be provided to RCK before any use of the facility will be permitted.

RCK recommends the Food Liability Insurance Program.

Complete A Food Handling Certification Program

A program like SERVSAFE or similar and have your City of Chicago Food Sanitation Manager Certificate. If you need your Certificate visit the website of Sanitized On Safety at www.SOSafefoods.com  to schedule a class.

Sign Up For An Account With The Food Corridor

Create an account with our third party booking and billing system and upload your three verification documents from steps 1-3 above for our review and audit.

Complete Your Kitchen Orientation

Your start-up fees should be paid to your account on file the day before your orientation via Zelle using the email:  [email protected]

Sign The User Agreement

Our user agreement must be signed prior to using the kitchen space at RCK.  We will send you an electronic version to sign.
